First edition of MusArt
Mission accomplished for the first edition of MusArt!
Our project was to host a benefit event at the height of summer: Jean-Jacques Pillet, choreographer and director, among others for the Cirque du Soleil, and a member of our artistic committee, concocted an event that truly exceeded our expectations!
On August 24th, D'Arts et de rêves held its first successful benefit event: a colorful evening, delighted guests and mild weather all came together!
We are proud to have achieved our three goals:
- We were hoping for $ 10,000 and raised $ 13,000.
- We wanted to make D'Arts et de rêves better known and new people joined us.
- We wanted to showcase our great development project, that is transforming a barn into a modern, warm, and inspiring place for multidisciplinary creation. The praise and enthusiasm of the donors confirm the relevance of our ambitious plan!
Our most sincere thanks to all the organizers, partners, and volunteers who contributed to the great success of this first adventure of creating a large-scale event.
And yes, we already have plenty of ideas for our second edition of MusArt!
See you next year!
